The Bangor School Department is seeking an Educational Technician III for the Choices Program at Vine Street School. This position involves working with children with emotional disabilities and Autism, and requires authorization as an Educational Technician III.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of behavior-management strategies, the ability to implement behavior and individual education plans, and a desire to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience in an elementary school setting is preferred.
Candidates must be willing to assist with toileting and learn physical restraint strategies.
