International Enrollment Manager

Reporting to the Vice President of Enrollment Management, the International Enrollment Manager leads the University's international recruitment, supports global engagement efforts and provides campus-based support for enrolled international students. This role is responsible for international student recruitment, application review, and oversight of institutional compliance within the Student and Exchange Visitor Program system. The International Enrollment Manager develops and maintains partnerships with international and domestic organizations, supports international students throughout their enrollment lifecycle and promotes study abroad participation among Husson students.

The position collaborates with internal campus departments and with external stakeholders to advance the University's global initiatives, enrollment goals and positive student experience.

Recruitment and Admissions:
• Recruit international students through multi-channel strategies including social media, digital communications, phone or virtual meeting outreach and annual domestic and international travel including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Utilize institutional CRM and SIS systems to document and record interactions, student data, enrollment status and financial documentation.
• Evaluate international applications in collaboration with the Director of Admissions and admissions processing staff.
• Represent the University at international recruitment fairs, virtual events, campus events, and partner programs.
• Expand recruitment pipelines through partnerships with U.S. secondary schools enrolling international students.
• Coordinate with the Graduate Admissions Division regarding international applicants for campus-based graduate programs and provide necessary SEVIS documentation for admitted graduate students. Partnership Development:
• Develop and maintain relationships with international high schools, colleges, universities, governments, and international partner organizations.
• Build relationships with community colleges to support international transfer student recruitment.
• Establish and sustain professional networks with local, national, and international organizations.
• Consult regularly with Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Services, and academic departments.
• Execute international recruitment initiatives while remaining within the Office of International Initiatives annual budget.
• Generate academic and demographic reports for recruited international students and those students studying abroad through university partnerships.
• Supervise work study students supporting the Office of International Initiatives, as needed.
• Consult with academic and administrative departments to ensure continuation of services for accepted students and provide prospect and applicant data to academic departments.
• Remain current on changes in university policy and curriculum. Compliance:
• Maintain and monitor immigration services and compliance with Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) regulations for the Student Exchange & Visitor Program (SEVP) as the institution's Principal Designated School Official (PDSO).
• Manage and develop international recruitment procedures, create weekly enrollment reports, and assist in the completion of annual surveys.
• Collaborate with academic departments and advisors to provide application guidelines and processes for students interested in pursuing study abroad opportunities through institutional partnerships.

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in higher education or related field preferred.
• Three to five years of progressive experience in international admissions or enrollment services.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Student and Exchange Visitor Program regulations and compliance requirements involving F-1 Student Visas.
• Experience with international recruitment strategies and partnership development.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.
