We are looking for a dedicated and driven Service Engineer to join our team. This role offers structured progression and a chance to make a real impact on both the business and the environment.
Responsibilities- On‑Site Maintenance: Conducting both preventative and corrective maintenance, including commissioning, upgrades, and refurbishments.
- Technical Support: Offering after‑sales technical and commercial support to clients, and gathering feedback to assist in future product development.
- Customer Focus: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering recommendations to enhance system reliability and productivity.
- Troubleshooting and Fault Finding: Hands‑on, solving challenges to keep systems running smoothly.
- On‑Call Flexibility: Flexible approach to customers’ needs and working hours, including some weekends and public holidays; may involve joining the ‘On‑Call Rota’.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Service Engineer in the municipal market, knowledge of sewage and drinking water treatment sites.
- Qualifications: NVQ or higher in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering or similar, or working towards would be ideal but not essential.

Strong communication skills and experience engaging with clients, offering solutions and handling challenging conversations. - Time Management: Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Professionalism: Punctual, presentable individual who values customer satisfaction and strives to provide best‑in‑class service.
- Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence is essential.
