Haley Ward, Inc. is actively seeking a seasoned Regional Manager for Northern New England Municipal Infrastructure, based in Bangor, ME. You will lead project teams to design, plan, and deliver water and wastewater facilities within budget and QA/QC constraints.
The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering background, PE license, and hands-on experience in hydraulic/hydrology modeling, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D. Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills are essential.
