Our client is seeking an experienced Northern New England Municipal Infrastructure Regional Manager for its Bangor, Maine office.
- Lead municipal infrastructure projects from planning and design through completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and QA/QC requirements.
- Lead and mentor engineers, technicians, and designers.
- Oversee project design, permitting, and construction coordination.
- Prepare project scopes, schedules, work plans, fees, plans, and specifications.
- Manage municipal water, wastewater, utility, and stormwater projects.
- Support long-term municipal infrastructure investment plans.
- Help clients identify and secure project funding.
- Build client relationships and identify opportunities to expand services.
- Collaborate with team members across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Professional Engineer registration required.
- Minimum of 12 years of related industry experience preferred.
- Business development and project management experience.
- Experience with water and wastewater pipelines, pump stations, and treatment facilities.
- Experience with municipal roadways, sidewalks, stormwater systems, dams, or landfills is beneficial.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and hydrology modeling, storm drainage systems, cost estimating, feasibility studies, and master planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Strong leadership, mathematical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to commute or relocate to Bangor, Maine before starting work.
