Job Description Summary
:
Provide excellent customer service to guests assembled with us for conferences and workshops. Duties similar to those of a hotel front desk attendant. Welcome guests, check in and check out guests in summer housing, provide customer service support as needed.
- Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor.
- Have the willingness to help out when unexpected needs arise.
- Prior customer service or conference experience is preferred.
