Operations Specialist – Job Summary
We are seeking an individual eager to lead our teller line as an Operations Specialist. This role involves ensuring compliance, providing accurate financial transactions, and helping a team of tellers deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all operations tasks are completed and the banking center is compliant.
- Provide friendly and accurate financial transactions to customers.
- Receive deposits, cash checks, and issue withdrawals.
- Record deposits and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Lead and assist a team of tellers with their operational duties.
- Take responsibility for managing the vault.
- Serve as the face of the bank, delivering the best banking experience, assisting customers, and building strong customer relationships.
- Prior teller or cash‑handling experience.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to check tasks off the list and ensure everything is in its place.
