Job DescriptionThe Accounts Payable & Payroll Supervisor advances the finance team with financial analysis, maintaining account accuracy, and improving accounts payable, payroll and miscellaneous billing processes. The role involves supervising accounting specialists, assisting with audits and budgets, using accounting software and advanced Excel skills. Proven finance professional with 5+ years of broad financial experience in a senior finance role. Experience with ADP or similar payroll software;
Finance Edge NXT or similar financial management software; experience with Windows 365 programs. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and SUMIFs.
