Qualifications- Active certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree with coursework in sciences and anatomy
- American Heart Association BLS
- 2 years of recent relevant experience
- $2,160 - $2,326 per week
- 12-week contract with possibility to extend
- AM shifts available
- Hospital Setting
- Operate imaging equipment, review images for quality, and assist with diagnosis
- Identify normal and abnormal results, communicate summaries to physicians/health professionals, and alert them to urgent problems
- Prepare patients for procedures and educate patients during the ultrasound exam
- Review patient medical history, record imaging results, and coordinate care with facility departments
