I use a wheelchair to get around, and have my own accessible van which you must be qualified to drive. Let me be clear; I am not looking for caretakers. I am seeking a Community Advocate to add to my team who will help me live my life on my own terms, along with all the big stuff that entails.

• Coach – Support me in making and implementing day to day decisions about my life. I know what I want, but sometimes need assistance gathering information, and then making my choices actually happen.
• Visionary – Assist me to dream big about my life and the things I can do.
• Explorer – Put on your detective hat and help me discover the possibilities in this great city.
• Supporter – Assist me with day to day tasks such as getting dressed, taking care of my home, attending medical appointments, getting around, and advocating with medical providers. Perhaps you are a fit for my awesome team?

Coverage needed, 8:00am - 8:00pm, 7 days per week, to be split between 2 full-time positions.
