Overview
The Social Worker / Therapist provides comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, and individualized aftercare planning for residents in a residential addiction and mental health program.
Responsibilities- Conducts assessments, treatment planning, and delivers clinical care for an assigned caseload.
- Leads therapy groups weekly, utilizing experiential and evidence-based methods.
- Develops and coordinates personalized treatment and aftercare plans, ensuring compliance and continuity of care.
- Maintains accurate clinical documentation and promotes recovery-focused, least-restrictive interventions.
- Serves as a clinical resource, participates in supervision, and supports team development.
- Provides on-call coverage as needed, upholding professionalism, confidentiality, and core values.
Requirements include a master’s-level license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, Ph.D., Psy.
D.), active in Maine, with experience in addiction treatment preferred. Skills in clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and organization are essential.
This full-time, salaried role operates within a residential setting, with a schedule from Tuesday to Thursday, and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
