In this role, you’ll maintain sterilization procedures for all dental instruments and equipment, serving a crucial role in helping us deliver patient-centered care that is safe and effective. We’re looking for a clinically trained individual who is highly organized, collaborative, and who has an eye for the details.

Schedule: Part-Time, Monday-Thursday, 7:30am to 4:30pm (Anticipated 33 hours/week with Fridays + Weekends OFF)

Highlights of the Position
  • Demonstrates compassion, collaboration, communication, and appropriate quality assurance standards in patient care.
  • Sterilizes all dental equipment and instruments.
  • Properly disposes of all biohazardous material.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of and complies with all safety, sterilization and infection control requirements as set forth by PCHC, OSHA, and other agencies.
  • Is a good steward of quality assurance standards, modeling and providing education as appropriate.
  • Maintains sterilization logs, assuring information is accurate and appropriate.
  • Demonstrates a team approach to patient care. Is flexible in supporting the needs of the clinic, stepping in to perform other duties as assigned.
  • Collaborates with administrative and clinical teams to identify ways to improve patient experience.

Education and Experience
  • High school Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous clinical experience preferred, but not required.
