Job Description
Will provide an array of services to support adults, such as adult management, service coordination and referral, HIV counseling, and supportive counseling. The services are delivered in a variety of home, office and community-based settings depending on the client's needs, including the Behavioral Health Home model. Must have an active Maine driver's license and reliable transportation.
