Requirements for submission:
1. Active license in the state(s) of practice
2. Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a clinical setting
3. BLS/CPR certification (additional certifications may be required based on specialty)
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to adapt to different healthcare settings and work collaboratively in a team environment
6. Flexibility to travel and work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
7. Commitment to providing compassionate care and upholding ethical standards

No forensic or inmate patients

Facility is locked but not for detainment

Seclusion rooms used as needed

Occasional Substance Use Disorder or detox patients (medically cleared; CIWA used)

Offers medical and psychiatric care, plus specialized therapies (pet therapy, group sessions, community garden)

Staffing & Ratios

RN Ratios:

Days: 1:5-6

Nights: 1:13 (with resource/nursing support)

Psych Techs:

Peds:
Days - 6 | Nights - 2

Adults:
Days - 2 | Nights - 2

Unit Support

Nurse Supervisor (evenings/weekends)

Nurse Manager (days)

House Administrator (overnight/weekends)

Charge Nurse (may have patient assignment)

Psych Techs

Contracted Phlebotomist for lab draws

Nurse Practitioner: onsite until 1600; on-call overnight

Psychiatrist: daily rounds and on call

Occupational Therapist: , 7 days/week

Security onsite (does not respond to escalations - unit staff respond collaboratively)
