Job Description

Seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join team just northwest of Bangor, Maine.

Details:

• Full-time position
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
• Outpatient mental health services
• Collaborate with our Primary Care Providers to recognize, treat and manage mental health and psychosocial issues while acting as a contributing member to the Integrated Primary Care Team.
