- Acts as a clinical resource, participates in supervision, and contributes to team development.
- Responds to on-call needs and upholds professional standards, confidentiality, and core values.
Qualifications include a master’s-level license in mental health or social work, with addiction treatment experience and active Maine licensure. Skills needed include strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and organization. The role operates in a residential setting, with a schedule from Tuesday to Thursday, and benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Salary starts at $90,000 annually.
