Waypoint is seeking a Residential Per Diem Direct Support Professional to support members in our Maine programs. This hourly, non-exempt role focuses on fostering independence, modeling healthy relationships, and providing compassionate, dignity-centered support in home and community settings.
You will assist with daily living activities, follow individual plans, transport residents as needed, and maintain safety, confidentiality, and compliance with licensing and Maine Care.
