Maximus is seeking a skilled Mid-Level Front End Developer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to enhance user-facing applications and optimize the overall user experience. Your analytical skills will contribute to process improvements and specialized studies tailored to meet project requirements.

• Provide subject matter expertise for various tasks and projects.
• Conduct analysis, plan developments, and create detailed requirements documents.
• Engage in engineering tasks focused on front-end design and development, including creating technical drawings, mockups, and wireframes for review.
• Plan and implement modifications to Graphic User Interfaces (GUIs) and optimize user interface elements for enhanced usability.
• Facilitate operator ease of use in the development of user-facing features.

• Active Secret Clearance or higher is required; TS/SCI clearance is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 7 years of experience in the functional area.
• 7 years of software development experience in both object-oriented and scripted languages.
• 3 years of expertise with bug tracking software (Jira).
• 3 years of relevant experience in front-end web design and development.
• 3 years of experience in testing web-based applications.
• 3 years of experience in participating in software development programs or projects.
• 5 years of experience with Jenkins and Git Lab.
• 5 years of experience with at least five of the following technologies:
  Apache, Ember, JavaScript, Jaguar, Java, Cricket, Node.
• Demonstrated experience in agile, user-centric application design.
• Experience in generating system wireframes and mockups considering various user personas.
• Experience in preparing, conducting, and documenting system tests for operability and compliance.
• Practical experience in cloud environment development.
• Experience with data integration across unclassified and classified applications.

• Experience with Agile Test-Driven development.
• Experience in DoD Dev Sec Ops  environments.
• 5 years of experience with CI/CD software development.
• Experience using UX design tool suites, such as Sketch or InVision.

Annual salary: $100,000 - $160,000, based on various factors including job location, education, and experience.
