Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Advanced Repair Technician (Agent) to join our in-store team in Bangor. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair devices and deliver excellent customer experiences by listening to needs and collaborating with other Agents.
You’ll follow procedures, stay current with certifications, and help customers over the phone or in person. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
