Product Specialist

Job Summary:

The Product Specialist will work closely with the IT Procurement team to manage and coordinate inbound funding requests. This role is responsible for ensuring all procurement documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time, while acting as a liaison between IT, Procurement, and business stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and project progress.

• Review inbound funding requests within internal systems for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate and support cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure project documentation, communications, and deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Collaborate with business partners, technical teams, and procurement personnel to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Track progress, monitor project milestones, and maintain alignment with project objectives.
• Facilitate communication across functional areas to obtain missing information and provide status updates.
• Maintain compliance with organizational processes and standards throughout request handling.

• Experience in IT Procurement.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in documentation handling.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple small projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Minimum education:
  
  Associate's Degree.
• Minimum experience level:
  Experienced non-manager.

• Familiarity with procurement systems and funding request workflows.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional IT and business teams.

• Onsite presence required 1 day per week.

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Duration: 3 months.
