This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in the equipment industry and looking to build a long-term career with a growing company. The position is designed as a progressive role, beginning with internal parts and service support responsibilities while learning our systems, products, and dealership operations. Initially, this role will focus on parts procurement, inventory coordination, support for the parts department and shop work orders to help maximize technician productivity and service efficiency.
Over time, responsibilities may expand to include customer-facing parts sales, service administration, and warranty support.

What You'll Do
Initial Responsibilities
- Research, identify, source, and procure parts using manufacturer and aftermarket systems
- Process internal parts requests, purchase orders, backorders, transfers, and returns
- Monitor and track parts orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, stock replenishment, and inventory accuracy
- Organize and maintain parts storage areas and inventory records
- Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as needed
- Learn company systems, equipment product lines, and dealership operations
- Maintain accurate documentation and records within dealership software systems
As experience and proficiency increase, additional responsibilities may include:
- Assisting customers with parts identification, quotes, and sales
- Processing customer orders, backorders, credits, and returns
- Supporting front counter and telephone parts inquiries
- Support parts requirements for shop work orders and service department needs
- Coordinate parts availability to support technician productivity and timely repair completion
- Entering technician labor hours into work orders and service management systems
- Writing and processing customer work orders
- Supporting service administration and workflow management
- Assisting with manufacturer warranty claim preparation and submission
- Supporting inventory purchasing and forecasting processes
- Collaborating with parts, service, and management teams to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience in parts, inventory control, warehouse operations, service support, equipment industry, or related fields preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and responsibilities
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning dealership software systems
- Basic math skills and accuracy with data entry and inventory transactions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to learn to operate material handling equipment
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
