Custodian (Evening) James
F. Doughty School
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Custodian to work overnight shifts at the James
F. Doughty School in Bangor, ME. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a clean criminal history record, and experience in custodial duties.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Criminal History Record Check (CHRC) passed.
- Experience as a school custodian or equivalent.
- Physical ability to lift independently heavy objects weighing up to 70 pounds.
- Learn and perform basic building maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, boiler operation, grounds maintenance, and painting.
- Lead and work effectively with the custodial team.
- Plan and budget for building needs.
- Communicate and work cooperatively with colleagues.
- Contribute to the overall functioning of the school.
