UMaine Auxiliary Enterprises seeks Facilities Maintenance Worker CL1s to perform custodial tasks in residence halls, dining commons, retail spaces, and offices. This full-time role keeps our campus clean, safe, and welcoming for students, faculty, staff and visitors. Starting pay is $18.33/hr.
Two schedules are available:
Tuesday-Saturday, 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m. and Sunday-Thursday, 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m. The position is essential, with snow removal duties and snow-day reporting.

The advertised compensation is 38.000 - 43.000.
