Under the responsibility of the Regional Director, you will supervise, direct, and control operations of the site. You will respond to safety, quality, and production requirements, oversee resource allocation, and continuously optimize processes.

Operations- Purchasing ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
- Managing site activities.
- Managing, coaching, and motivating the team; completing performance evaluations.
- Ensuring daily operation procedures with employees, monitoring execution of activities.
- Monitoring staff performance and reporting results.
- Prioritizing, analyzing performance gaps, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring cost reductions.
- Preparing reports required for management.
- Working toward achievement of budgetary financial results.
- Controlling inventory and quality.
- Promoting and managing a customer‑oriented team.
- Exploring new, innovative services that improve or simplify processes.
- Ensuring local marketing and meeting customers' specific needs.
- Defining, developing, and implementing improvements to processes, procedures, and policies.
- Enforcing health and safety regulations.
- Ensuring physical security of the premises.
- Three to five years' experience in a similar management position, ideally in metal or industrial manufacturing.
- Strong execution and decision‑making skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and motivational abilities.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Experience loading trucks, equipment, rail cars, and assisting material handlers.
- Regular exposure to outdoor climatic conditions.
- Exposure to hazardous materials and industrial environments.
- Ability to walk, stand, and move around the industrial site for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and carry materials up to 35 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces when necessary.
- Capacity to wear PPE for extended durations.
- Clear vision and hearing to monitor operations and communicate with team members.
- Physical capability to respond to emergency situations and safety protocols.
