Duties
Help
Manages the development of annual goals and long-range plans of operations throughout all organizational units to meet current and specific goals of the programs.
Provides expert advice and oversees development and implementation of statewide business plans designed to plan and project the most effective utilization of the State's resources, provides policy direction and accountability.
Relieves State Director of administrative details and performs special liaison assignments as requested.
Identifies barriers to accomplish Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) goals and objectives and recommends actions to eliminate such barriers.
