Summary
:

The Supervisor of HVAC reports to the Facilities Manager and provides leadership, direction, and oversight for the HVAC Maintenance Staff and daily shop operations. This position is responsible for ensuring preventative and corrective maintenance activities are prioritized, scheduled, and completed in a timely and effective manner. The Supervisor coordinates staffing and work schedules, ensures employees have the tools, materials, training, and support necessary to perform their duties, and promotes accountability for work order management and job action plans.

Responsibilities also include evaluating employee performance, supporting staff development, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies, safety requirements, and established work practices. The Supervisor is accountable for maintaining reliably facility operations, fostering a safe and professional work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement, and delivering a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
