Your Role and Responsibilities

• Support the production of welding, wood, vinyl, and chainlink products, contributing to Allenfarm’s reputation for exceptional quality.
• Take initiative in maintaining inventory, ensuring tools and materials are ready and available for each project.
• Collaborate with the Installation crews, helping to load and organize materials efficiently and safely.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to workplace safety, cleanliness, and organization, upholding Allenfarm’s high standards daily.
• Engage in continuous learning, from welding and CNC operations to lean process improvements, contributing to an environment of excellence and innovation.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt, including willingness to develop skills in welding, CNC operation, and lean methodologies.
• Proficiency with the safe operation of warehouse and production equipment, with the ability to follow work orders accurately.
• Physical capability to work in various conditions, including lifting up to 80 lbs and standing for extended periods.
