Job Title
Wafer Saw for Pre-Assembly Process
Role and ResponsibilitiesReviews/audits/follows up assigned process to ensure it runs in conformance with requirements.
Conducts analysis of problem areas to identify the root cause of all problems.
Provides guidelines to all shop-floor and relevant stakeholders in matters related to sustaining process and improvement.
Coordinates the implementation of all approved recommendations with production, QA, and maintenance personnel.
Identifies opportunities for improving quality, yield, cost, and productivity.
Provides technical information on process requirements to others.
Reviews released new product/process specifications and requirements to ensure smooth release to mass production mode.
Supports and acts on all customer feedback items.
Sustains and resolves production problems in case of process troubles or instabilities.
Manages manufacturing projects to ensure successful completion.
Updates work instructions, FMEA, and control plans to comply with the latest practices.
QualificationBachelor or Master of Science or Engineering in a related field.
0-2 years' experience in IC Pre-assembly Process or Pre-assembly Innovation.
Strong background in Pre-assembly Project Management and Risk Assessment, Advanced Product Quality Program.
Effective interpersonal, systematic problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to convey technical and business matters in a clear logical manner.
Process and quality control/Quality Management System/Process Audit.
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Good teamwork in both informal and formal styles.
Use of statistical tools (Minitab, JMP), strong problem-solving and analytical skills with logical and systematic thinking.
Expert in technical skills of assembly processes to sustain and develop operations under pressure.
