We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support complex manufacturing operations involving large-scale, high-precision components. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and validating CNC programs while driving improvements in machining efficiency, quality, and process reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain CNC programs using Mastercam, Siemens NX, Esprit 2000, or similar CAM software.
  • Program and support multi-axis milling, turning, and grinding operations.
  • Verify CNC programs using Vericut prior to shop-floor release.
  • Provide programming support, troubleshooting, and operator training during machine startups and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers to optimize machining processes, tooling, and fixturing.
  • Create work instructions, setup documentation, inspection requirements, and standard operating procedures.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent manufacturing experience.
  • Experience in CNC programming within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, and/or Okuma controls.
  • Hands-on experience with Mastercam, Siemens NX CAM, Esprit 2000, or similar CAM platforms.
  • Experience with CNC program verification using Vericut.
  • Ability to troubleshoot machining processes and support shop-floor operations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Fanuc Macro B, Siemens Macros, Okuma Macros, and Renishaw probing routines.
  • Multi-axis machining experience (4-axis/5-axis).
  • Experience machining exotic materials such as Inconel, Titanium, and specialty alloys.
  • Background in heavy manufacturing, aerospace, energy, defense, or industrial equipment industries.

Knowledge of GD&T and Lean Manufacturing principles.
