$41.23 - 58.54 per hour

8am to 5pm

• Develop, optimize, and maintain multi-axis CNC programs using Mastercam, Siemens NX, or Esprit 2000, verifying code with Vericut prior to shop floor release.
• Provide daily CNC troubleshooting support to operators and assist Manufacturing Engineers with technical training during machine startups and process updates.
• Support tooling and fixturing requirements for machine tools while generating clear workstation methods and documentation to resolve technical issues.
• Initiate and lead process improvement projects dedicated to optimizing safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency in heavy manufacturing operations.
• Work effectively as an individual and team member in a matrixed organization to drive positive operational change and high process reliability.
