Position Summary:We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team as Plant Team Members. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling commercial refrigeration display units used in grocery stores across the country. You’ll work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment where attention to detail and teamwork are key to success.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble refrigeration display units according to specifications and work instructions
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus, but not required
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic production environment
