Typical daily duties:

Generate, optimize, verify, and maintain CNC programs using Mastercam, Siemens NX, Esprit 2000, Vericut, and related software for milling, turning, and grinding applications
Troubleshoot CNC programming issues, support machine startups and process improvements, and provide daily technical guidance to manufacturing teams and machine operators
Lead process improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, cost reduction, delivery performance, tooling optimization, fixturing requirements, and production readiness

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED with manufacturing or operations experience, plus additional manufacturing experience
Extensive CNC programming experience with Fanuc, Siemens, and Okuma controls, including advanced macro programming such as Fanuc Macro B, Okuma Macros, Siemens Macros, and Renishaw probing routines
Hands‑on manufacturing experience machining complex components and exotic materials, strong problem‑solving skills, and working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, GD&T, and 3D modeling software
