Position Overview

Dover-Foxcroft, Maine:
We invite a confident Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established and financially secure rural health center (FQHC) with 50 years of successful operation. The center provides primary care, urgent care, mental health, dentistry, podiatry, physical therapy, and more across 7 towns.

• Provide walk-in primary care and urgent care for unscheduled patients of all ages.
• Manage low acuity urgent cases, primarily for patient populations that are uninsured or underinsured.
• Work exclusively in an outpatient setting with light phone-only call responsibilities shared with other providers.

• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Practice operates 7 days/week: weekdays 10a-8p, weekends 9a-7p.
• Employee works a 4-day/week schedule (40 hours) with rotating weekday and weekend shifts.
