Compensation and Benefits:

Earning potential Full Time: $110,000–$200,000 (salary based on experience + easily achieved monthly bonuses)
Part-Time $50,000 -$80,000 + Bonus

PRN (1099) Fee For Service Flexible

Schedule:

Monday – Friday. No on-call, weekends, or holidays.

Ongoing education and clinical support, including physician-level consult access

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver person-centered care using evidence-based practices

Collaborate with interdisciplinary facility teams

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage follow-up care Educate patients, families, and staff

Complete timely documentation (within 24 hours)
Ensure compliance with state regulations in SNF settings

Qualifications:

Active license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Minimum 2 years of post-certification experience

Experience in SNFs, hospitalist roles, emergency departments, or ICU/SICU preferred

Proficient with EHRs and clinical technology

Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
