Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes.

- Educate patients confidently about their health and treatments.
- Active RN license (ME required).
- Current BLS certification.
- Preferred: 1+ year of experience.
- One-on-one patient care with a manageable workload.
