American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Ortho RN for a night shift contract requiring an active Maine or compact RN license and at least 3 years of experience.
Details- Med/Surg Ortho unit within a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule, 7p-7a
- EPIC EMR used
- Holiday coverage required
- Flexible hours required
- Active Maine RN license or compact license required
- BLS and ACLS required within 30 days of hire
- Minimum of 3 years of experience required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- MOAB or CPI certifications preferred but not required
- Telemetry experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills required
- Performs patient care duties under supervision of the Unit Director and shift Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse
- Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid
- Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract
- Accepts local candidates within a 50 mile radius at a reduced bill rate
