We are hiring a  
** Quality Control Assistant
** for a  
** day shift
** role with our client, a growing food production company offering long-term career potential. This position pays  **$18.00/hour

** temp-to-hire** .

** Typical daily duties:*
* + Monitoring food production activities to ensure quality and food safety standards are met

+ Conducting pre-operational and operational inspections throughout the facility

+ Reviewing and completing documentation related to food temperatures, cooking, chilling, and product handling

+ Generating and distributing daily worksheets, labels, and production documents

+ Verifying labeling accuracy and assisting with inventory reconciliation

+ Communicating with production staff and serving as a liaison between production and office teams

+ Utilizing Microsoft Office and other basic software programs to complete quality assurance tasks

+ Assisting on production lines and supporting product movement between production, cooling, and storage areas as needed

* + High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Strong motivation and ability to remain productive in a fast-paced environment

+ Comfortable being on your feet for 90%-100% of the workday

+ Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications

+ Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels

+ Previous food manufacturing or HACCP experience is helpful but not required

+ Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
