- Monitoring food production activities to ensure quality and food safety standards are met
- Conducting pre-operational and operational inspections throughout the facility
- Reviewing and completing documentation related to food temperatures, cooking, chilling, and product handling
- Generating and distributing daily worksheets, labels, and production documents
- Verifying labeling accuracy and assisting with inventory reconciliation
- Communicating with production staff and serving as a liaison between production and office teams
- Utilizing Microsoft Office and other basic software programs to complete quality assurance tasks
- Assisting on production lines and supporting product movement between production, cooling, and storage areas as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong motivation and ability to remain productive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable being on your feet for 90%-100% of the workday
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
- Previous food manufacturing or HACCP experience is helpful but not required
- Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
