Job Title

Product Inspector – NDT Level II

• Perform product inspection and tests according to established procedures using gauging, visual, and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques.
• Write clear non-conformance reports.
• Audit procedures and documentation.
• Assist in recommending corrective actions.
• Use a color code system for material identification as needed.
• Maintain accurate written and computer records.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
• Use gauging equipment and perform calculations as required.
• Interact with engineering, quality, operators, and customer representatives.
• Perform material handling duties, including forklift operation if required.
• Safely perform rigging tasks and lifts using cranes and related equipment.
• Communicate effectively, both written and oral, and work collaboratively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 2‑year post‑secondary degree in Machine Tool Technology or Welding Technology, or
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar inspection or NDT position requiring the use of prints, gauges, and quality forms.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Wear PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, etc.) with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to work one of the following shifts:
  • A shift (5:00AM – 3:30PM; Monday – Thursday)
  • B shift (3:30PM – 2:00AM; Monday – Thursday)
  • C shift (6:00AM – 6:30PM; Friday – Sunday)
  • D shift (6:00PM – 6:30AM; Friday – Sunday)

The starting pay for this position is $31.05 per hour.
