Role: Site Quality Manager responsible for leading quality strategy and execution at an energy manufacturing or services site.
Key Responsibilities- Own and maintain the local Quality Management System.
- Champion safety, compliance, and ensure adherence to customer and regulatory standards.
- Manage audits, conduct root-cause analysis, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and variation.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and EHS teams to foster a strong quality culture.
- Utilize data-driven tools and lean practices to support quality objectives.
- Experience in quality management within manufacturing or services environments.
- Strong understanding of quality systems, audit processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to lead root-cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and lean methodologies.
