EXECUTIVE CHEF role at Compass One Healthcare (Morrison Healthcare). Salary: 75,000 - 85,000 / year based on experience. Other forms of compensation include Flexible Paid Time Off, Relocation Assistance, Benefits, 401K, and Training. Pay Grade: 15.
Job Summary:
Working as an Executive Chef, you are responsible for overseeing all culinary functions for a dining account, managing and leading a team of associates, and ensuring safety and sanitation across the account.
- Manages cost controls and expenditures for the account
- Plans and creates all menus
- Purchases and manages inventory
- Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
- Culinary degree preferred
- Three to five years of culinary management experience
- High volume production and catering experience is essential
- Previous experience managing cost controls
