Overview

Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Managers to deliver car care services to customers. This position reports to the Car Wash Manager. Golden Nozzle Car Wash began in the 1970s as a complement to a group of gas stations; since joining the Nouria family in 2016, the chain has grown to nearly 50 locations. We offer paid training, an additional weekly bonus on cars washed/monthly passes sold, and opportunities to grow skills and advance within the organization.

• Must have your own reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work weekends, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Must have computer technology experience.
• Provide great customer service while servicing and maintaining the customers  vehicles with needed products and services.
• Able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with various management on store operations in a timely timeline, especially any changes or items that may adversely affect the store s operations.
• Able to interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Perform arithmetic calculations to be able to make change.
• Physical capacity to bend, kneel, twist, squat and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures in emergencies.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products; work in various temperature environments.
• Perform general housekeeping duties as needed.

• Previous lead or supervisor experience preferred, not required.
