Ensures all crew members are wowing the customer through personal contact with customers and trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.;
Leads their assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals provided by the District Manager.;
Leads front end operations and merchandising (candy, soda, snacks) to meet or exceed brand standards and ensures front-end equipment is in working order with trained associates.;
Responsible for opening and closing procedures, maintaining store cleanliness, recovery, and keeping the store ready for customers at all times.;
Performs store manager duties in the absence of the Store Manager.
