Develop and support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals. Maintain safety of Facility following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.

• Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring order accuracy, and securing items until Members arrive.

• Follow up on out‑of‑stock merchandise.

• Use policies and data to prioritize tasks, collaborate with managers and coworkers, communicate progress, and recommend improvements.

• Provide Member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Company products and services.

• Comply with company policies and the Open Door Policy.

• Respect diversity and foster a culture of belonging.

• Build strong relationships, motivate and influence teams.

• Act with integrity, support Walmart's regenerative goals, and make customer‑first decisions.

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

Experience in a similar retail or membership environment.
