Proactively leverage technology to maximize scheduling efficiency for store freight;
Partner with the Store Team Leader to maintain optimal store inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising and product placement;
Lead recruitment, training, and development of store associates to build a strong, values-driven team;
Ensure the store exceeds merchandising, cleanliness, and presentation standards and maintains positive relationships with leadership and staff
