Store Assistant Manager
Team Prior, Inc is a Domino's Franchise with stores in Maine and Connecticut. We have been globally recognized as one of Domino's top franchises. Franchisee, Lee Prior, started with Domino's as a CSR when he was 19 years old. In a very short time he was promoted through the ranks of Assistant Manager and then General Manager of the Rockland, Maine store.
In 2010, Lee purchased the Rockland store and has been living his mission of waking up every day to run the best pizza stores in the World.
Closing shifts generally run 4pm or 5pm to 3am. (Store closes at 2am . Usually, it takes about an hour or so to clean up, count the inventory and make a bank deposit.) Full Time and Part Time Available. Tell us your availability and if hired, we will do our best to fit you into our schedule!
Responsibilities- Manage opening and closing of the store.
- Oversee cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
- Enforce all company policies and procedures 100% of the time.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure positive customer service.
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product and receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and the facility at the end of each shift.
- Perform credit transactions and handle sensitive customer information responsibly.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
- Must be able to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
- Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
- Ability to memorize recipes, portion amounts and/or follow detailed job aids.
- Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and climbing required for daily tasks.
- Must be able to lift and transport ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must perform forward bending, crouching, and reaching tasks repeatedly during the shift.
- Must navigate stairs and adverse terrain when delivering products.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required for delivery duties.
- Must maintain safe driving record to meet company standards.
