Overview

Specialist – Apparel is responsible for delivering an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes, providing accurate product information, and driving sales through product and service recommendations.

• Proactively engage athletes to understand their shopping needs and create a world‑class athlete experience.
• Provide clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Anticipate the needs of athletes and actively drive sales through product and service recommendations.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as a subject‑matter expert.
• Serve as a go‑to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity.
• Demonstrate efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete‑first mindset.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
• Promote and drive customer participation in company programs (e.g., customer loyalty program, warranty sales, private‑label credit card enrollment).
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes are welcomed and treated with respect.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedure policies and external governing entity laws and guidelines.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience; previous retail or customer‑facing experience preferred.
