We're seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team! New grads welcome to apply. In this role, you'll play a vital part in connecting residential and small business customers with the benefits of local community solar farms, which save customers up to 20% annually off energy costs!
Responsibilities- Engage with residential and small businesses across the ME territory
- Explain the financial & environmental benefits of solar
- Meet and exceed sales targets by converting prospects into subscribers
- Previous sales experience (energy sector a plus, but not required).
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable learning and explaining technical concepts.
- Base pay while training, minimum $16.50/hour in the field
- Weekly Personal Sales Commissions
- Expected $75,000+ 1st year; UNCAPPED potential
- Monthly bonuses available
- Health Care option (3 months)
- Health Reimbursement Account (3 months, $2000 annually)
- Personal Trainer Reimbursement (3 months, $1500 annually)
