Senior Business Banking Officer

• Provide holistic advice and solutions to business banking customers with an advanced level of independence
• Source, develop, and deliver business-related products and services for existing and new business banking clients
• Generate new loan and deposit production
• Provide expert-level service and advice regarding credit, deposit, and cash management solutions
• Use internal technologies to enhance the customer experience
• Make relevant referrals to business partners
• Attend regular internal team meetings
• Participate in business development opportunities, including partnering with branch personnel
• Attend and participate in external business development functions and activities
• Support the market associated with the hired location
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 4 year college degree or equivalent education and/or work experience
• 5 years banking experience and/or business development experience
• Minimum of 2 years direct business banking experience
• Advanced level of independence
• Strong business development skills
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Strong customer service skills
• In-depth knowledge of Business Banking products/services, including loan, deposit, and cash management products, policies/procedures, industry trends, and available technologies
• In-depth credit skills
• Broad knowledge of Consumer, Mortgage, Wealth, and Commercial products/services
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Availability to attend and participate in external business development functions/activities, often outside traditional work hours
• Willingness and ability to travel more than 50%
• Driver's License required
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
