• Inspect tires and grade tire casings for retread eligibility
• Buff tires and prepare rubber surfaces for retreading
• Operate specialized retreading equipment
• Retread used and new tires according to company standards
• Perform quality checks throughout the retreading process
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

• Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
• Ability to frequently bend, twist, stoop, reach, kneel, walk, and stand
• Comfortable working in a hot environment while tires are in retread chambers
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
• Previous manufacturing or tire industry experience is helpful but not required - WILL TRAIN!
